Our experience is our greatest asset. This is the second recession we’ve weathered and we’re sensing big changes in the North West property market. Instinct tells us that lettings are the way forward . With that in mind we’re looking to make it our business to provide landlords and sellers with the most personal, friendly service in the area. Our foundations are built on honesty and personality. They’re the traits we want to bring to our business to provide a personal experience that you’ll want to tell your friends about. Though we wouldn't change the last thirty years and the valuable experience we’ve cultivated, there are some areas of the industry that we won’t miss at all. Having to reach set monthly and quarterly targets, hypocritical bureaucracy and masses of red tape. 

Bill Devereux

This year sees Bill celebrating his thirtieth year in the property business. Bill started working as an estate agent in 1980 before moving onto commercial and property management later on in his career. Bill is currently a property consultant working with a handful of select clients, and is a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents and a Fellow of The Institute of Commercial Business Agents.

Jackie Devereux

Jackie began her career in the property market a year before Bill. She has extensive experience throughout all aspects of the housing industry, which includes sales, lettings and knowledge of the property sector and mortgage markets.

Michelle Devereux

Michelle  following in her parents’ footsteps  has worked for five years  in the lettings market on the Wirral  which has given her an excellent scope for the best local properties and a broad, accurate vision of where the lettings market is heading in the future. She is also a proud member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents).
